Apple’s iPhone significantly other mobile brands seeking to tempt Christmas shoppers in UK. According to the reports of research company GfK Nokia’s new Lumia phone didn’t make the top ten best selling phones through operators in the four weeks to 9 December.

Apple has the largest share among the manufacturers with five versions of phone among the 15 bestselling handsets. Samsung Galaxy SII was the second best selling phone in the week. RIM’s BlackBerry models took three of the top 10 spots in the first week of December, with the versions of its Curve models.

Apple CEO Tim Cook said during the company’s mid-October earning call that the Apple is very confident it will set an all time record for iPhone sales during the holiday quarter.
