Google’s Nexus S bump to the latest iteration of Google’s Android 4.0 operating system is closer than ever with the reports that the ICS OS has moved on to the testing stage in its development.
There is no confirmed date for the upgrade as of yet, but the Google Nexus S owners can expect to get the bump till January or February next year. Twitter posts from the Google staff in sunny Mountain View have revealed that ICS OS has been put to some Google Nexus S smartphones to discover the compatibility bugs.
The news of ICS OS porting first to Google Nexus S doesn’t come much of a surprise as Google branded smartphones might always be the first to get the coveted upgrade. Rest of the Android smartphones might not be so off from the ICS OS upgrade, several Tech giants have been working hard to incorporate the Google’s operating system into their smartphones interface.
